Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Peel and boil 4 medium russet potatoes. Combine 2 Tbsp. roasted garlic with 2 Tbsp. warm water to soften. Finely chop softened garlic and combine with 1/4 cup soft or melted butter. When potatoes are done, thoroughly strain them and mash them with the butter and garlic mixture and 1/2 cup milk. Serves 4.
