Curry Spice - Maine-ly Drizzle’s Curry Seasoning has a nice round flavor with just a hint of sweetness. It's just right for Curried Chicken Salad and works nicely with a variety of curried vegetable recipes and rice dishes, such as Curried Green Beans with Bacon and Pine Nuts or Curried Carrot and Raisin Pilaf with Cashews. For a real treat, try Curried Macaroni and Cheese.

Preheat the oven to 350°. Combine 16 oz. Cream cheese, 2 Tbsp. Maine-ly Drizzle’s Curry, 1/4 tsp. salt and 9 oz. mango chutney, stirring by hand with a wooden spoon. The mixture will have a wonderful, varied texture. Roast 1/2 cup slivered or sliced almonds in a shallow pan or on a cookie sheet for 7 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally until the almonds are light brown, but not burned. Let the almonds cool before handling. Place the curry mixture in a shallow bowl and cover the top with a layer of toasted almonds. Serve with crackers or sliced apples, peppers and celery. For a more exotic presentation, serve this in a pineapple. If you want to give it a try, cut 1/3 of the pineapple off lengthwise and hollow out about half of the fruit from the pineapple. Mound the curry mixture in the pineapple, and cover with the almonds. It should look like a whole pineapple again when you are through. The spread will pick up a hint of pineapple flavor which only makes it better. Keep all the fresh pineapple to eat later.
