 Crowd Pleaser - Black Bean Salad
Can of Black Beans Can of whole kernel corn or use steamed or roasted corn on the cob 1/4 cup chopped red onion 1/4 cup chopped bell red pepper 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro and 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
mix all ingredients with 3 tablespoons each of Maine-ly Drizzle's JalapeƱo White Balsamic and Maine-ly Drizzle's Baklouti Green Chile Oil (Adjust amount of oil and vinegar based on taste and size of cans)
Let sit in refrigerator for at least one hour so the product absorbs into the beans...Yummy, enjoy
If you like a bit of sweetness add some chunked pineapples, and/or you can add some cut cherry tomatoes
