Chicken Chili



In a large saucepan, brown cubed chicken in Persian Lime Olive Oil. Salt & Pepper. Remove chicken and set aside. Saute onion in Harrissa Olive Oil until translucent. Add green chilies, and Smokey Paprika seasoning to onions and let simmer for 1 – 2 minutes. Add broth to mixture. Simmer about 30 minutes. Add undrained beans and chicken. Simmer until chicken is tender (about 30-45 minutes).

Making this dish a day ahead improves the flavor flavor.

Serves 4-6.
