Chinese Chicken Salad Cups Featuring Maine-ly Drizzle's Sesame Oil
INGREDIENTS 1½ cups napa cabbage, shredded 1 cup cooked shredded chicken 1 carrot, peeled and grated ¼ cup thinly sliced scallions 1 Cuties® clementine, peeled and divided into segments
Dressing 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon honey ½ teaspoon Maine-ly Drizzle's Sesame Oil 1 tablespoon juice from Cuties® clementine
Cups 12 wonton skins Cooking spray
PREPARATION 1. Preheat oven to 375℉/190℃ 2. Combine the napa cabbage, chicken, scallions, carrot, and the Cuties® clementine segments in a mixing bowl. 3. To make the dressing, whisk together the Cuties® clementine juice, honey, sesame oil and soy sauce. 4. Coat a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray and place a wonton skin in each cup. Bake 5-10 minutes until lightly browned and crispy. Cool completely before filling. 5. Fill the cooled wonton cups with the salad. Garnish with additional Cuties® clementines or scallions. 6. ENJOY!
