The sweetness of cherries combines well with savory Herbes de Provence for a salad that is delicious alone or served with a dinner entrée. IngredientsDirections- 1. Put dried cherries in 1/2 c hot water for 10 minutes to soften then drain. In a large salad bowl combine greens, cherries and cheese.
- 2. In a small bowl, whisk shallots, Black Cherry Balsamic, Dijon mustard, sea salt and pepper. Add Herbes de Provence Olive Oil and whisk.
- 3. Pour dressing over salad. Toss and serve.
