New Orleans Chicken Nuggets

1 tablespoon New Orleans
1 pound chicken cutlets
1 egg, beaten
1 cup plain breadcrumbs
1. Cut the chicken cutlets up into bite size pieces.
2. Set up a breading station with two bowls: one with the beaten egg and one with a mix of the breadcrumbs and New Orleans. Dip the pieces into the beaten egg and then into the seasoned.
3. Place the oil into a skillet at medium-high heat, then add the coated chicken to the pan. Cook for about 4 minutes or until browned on one side, then flip to brown the other side.
Recipe Tip:
These homemade chicken nuggets can be made with several of my seasonings. It is a great way to get kids eating better – and adults like them too.
