Cinnamon Chile Chops
Rinse
4 center cut, bone-in pork chops and pat dry. Rub each side of the pork
chops lightly with peanut oil (about 1 tsp. per chop). Rub each chop
with 1 tsp. of Cinnamon Chile Rub. Heat 1 Tbsp. peanut oil in a heavy
skillet over medium heat. When oil is hot, place chops in pan and cook
8-12 minutes on first side, depending on thickness. Flip chops and cook
until done (5-7 minutes).
