Corn Tortilla Strips

Difficulty Level: Easy-Prep Time:5 minutes-Cook Time: 10-12 minutes-Total Time:15-17 minutes

6 corn tortillas (6-inch diameter)
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400ºF
2. Brush one side of each corn tortilla with lime juice. Sprinkle with Cinnamon Chile Rub.
3. Stack tortillas; cutting through stack, cut into 1/2 inch strips.
4. Arrange in single layer of flat baking sheet.
5.Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and crisp.
