Shrimp Confette

2 1/2 lb. Shrimp, raw
2 T. Ginger, minced
1/2 c. Scallions, chopped
2 T. Sesame Oil
2 1/4 t. Sesame Seeds
1/4 c. Roasted Red Peppers, chopped
Juice of 1 ½ Limes
Juice of ¾ Lemon
1/4 c. Frantoio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3/8 t. Black Pepper


Add all ingredients to raw shrimp and marinate overnight. Drain well and sear. Serve at room temperature.
