Roasted Garlic Sea Salt Crusted Pork Chop

Rub chops with 1 T. olive oil, herbs, and garlic sea salt, let marinate for 1 hour. Caramelize onions in garlic oil and keep warm. Charbroil pork chops just until done (do not overcook). Serve with Spindletop Tomato Bread Pudding and caramelized onions. Drizzle with garlic oil.
