Roasted Onion and Cilantro Oil

  • ½ lb. Gorgonzola Cheese, crumbled
  • 4 oz. Spinach, chopped
  • ½ lb. Bacon bits
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1 tbsp. Shallots, minced
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic, minced
  • ½ cup Scallions, chopped
  • 1 ½ cups Panko Crumbs
  • ¼ cup Butter, melted

Directions

Combine panko crumbs and melted butter. Set aside.

Combine all other ingredients and mix well.

Place 2 oz. of mix on top of an oyster on the half shell.

Top with panko crumbs and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
