Gremolata or gremolada is a chopped herb condiment. It is a traditional accompaniment to the Milanese braised veal shank dish ossobuco alla milanese.


      1 Tbs. garlic, minced
      2 Tbs. parsley, chopped
      1 Tbs. lemon zest

Combine all ingredients.
