Gnocchi (Potato Dumplings)

  • 2 c. Mashed Potatoes, seasoned
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Flour as needed

Directions:

Mix potatoes, egg, salt and pepper together, and add enough flour to make them stiff enough to hold together. Form into small ovals and drop into poaching liquid for 5-7 minutes to cook.
