Garlic Hummus

4 c. Garbanzo Beans/Chickpeas, drained (reserve liquid)
2 Tbs. Garlic, minced
3 Tbs. Tahini
3/4 c. Roasted Onion and Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
2 Tbs. Cilantro, chopped
Juice of 2 Lemons
1 tsp. Salt


Puree garbanzo beans and garlic in food processor or blender, scraping sides down as needed. Slowly add oil while processing. Add tahini and mix well. Remove to bowl and stir in cilantro, lemon juice, and salt. Add reserved liquid if needed to achieve proper consistency. Adjust seasonings as needed.
