Cinnamon Pear Ice Cream


1 cup Whole Milk
1 cup Half-n-Half
2 cups Whipping Cream
1/4 cup Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar
1 cup Sugar


Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

Place in freezer until mixture is firm.

Optional: Dice an apple and sauté with a tablespoon of honey and 2 tablespoons of Cinnamon Pear. Cool and add to the ice cream. Put in the freezer for at least an hour
