Serrano Cilantro Lime Hot Sauce

Our Serrano Cilantro Lime Hot Sauce is a fresh vibrant verde style hot sauce with medium chili heat.  Fresh serrano chili peppers are simmered with fresh garlic, fresh chopped cilantro, onions, fresh lime juice, cider vinegar and spices.  For those who love that green style hot sauce with a fresh tangy bite, this is it. 

We use serrano peppers which are a bit spicier than jalapenos but still result in a hot sauce that you can enjoy rather than just burn your face off so you can't taste your food - that ego hot thing is not what we go for round here... although I will admit I occasionally overdose myself on that "back of the house" habanero hot sauce when out for Mexican...which sometimes I regret. 

Our Serrano Cilantro Lime Hot Sauce is fantastic drizzled over delicious Mexican carnitas (Mexican crispy pulled pork tacos), enchiladas, fish tacos, quesadillas and perfect for dipping taquitos or drizzling over nachos!  It's also good atop your morning scrambled eggs or ham egg and cheese breakfast sandwich.  We always have it on the table whenever we have pizza, cause we love a little hot sauce on our pizza, it's especially good on just a simple white pizza with garlic and cheese.   You can basically add this hot sauce wherever you like that fresh bit of spice to liven things up, sandwiches, wraps, rice, beans, guacamole, over grilled fish or as a dipping sauce for crispy calamari and shrimp.

What's also great about this hot sauce, is that it has 8 calories per serving, with <1 gram of sugar so it's completely guilt free.
